How it works
Check before you dispatch
Enter a phone number, email or address. HisaabKhana normalizes it and searches the network for verified transaction reports.
Report what actually happened
Record factual outcomes — delivered, refused at doorstep, fake order — with an order reference and optional private evidence.
Reports are reviewed
Only reports that pass moderation influence network signals. Disputed reports are excluded while the dispute is active.

A network, not a blacklist
HisaabKhana distinguishes reported transaction behaviour from any conclusion about a person. Signals are derived from a small set of deterministic rules that anyone can read:
- No verified reports → Clear
- One verified report → Caution
- Two or more verified reports from independent merchants → High risk
- Active material dispute → Under dispute
Safety & privacy
- Full identifiers are never returned to a searching seller.
- Lookups store a one-way hash, not the raw value.
- Evidence is private and access-controlled.
- Sensitive actions are written to an audit trail users cannot edit.
- Reports can be disputed and excluded from scoring.

Frequently asked questions
Does HisaabKhana show me a customer's full phone number?
No. Search results are masked, for example +92 300 •••• 567. Full identifiers are never returned to a searching seller.
Can a seller publicly accuse someone?
No. Reports are structured transaction outcomes, visible to your own business and moderators. HisaabKhana uses factual language, never labels about a person's character.
What if a report is wrong?
It can be disputed. While a dispute is open or under review, the report does not increase risk, and a record can display as Under dispute.
Is my search activity recorded?
Yes. Every lookup is logged and rate limited to protect the network and customer privacy. Only a one-way hash of the searched value is stored.
Is there a mobile app?
Not yet. The web app is mobile-first and installable as a progressive web app. A native Android/iOS app has not been built.
