Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted

• Checking an identifier before dispatching a COD order.
• Recording outcomes your business actually experienced.
• Reviewing your own business activity and report history.
• Using the API or store integrations within your plan's daily allowance and for order decisions only.
• Taking part in the community and groups for business discussion.

Prohibited

• Fake, exaggerated or retaliatory reports.
• Fabricated, altered or misrepresented evidence.
• Harassment, threats, intimidation or doxxing.
• Unauthorised access to any account, workspace, data or system.
• Bulk or automated scraping of the network.
• Lookups unrelated to an order decision.
• Sharing results outside your business.
• Any attempt to reconstruct full customer contact details.
• Sharing account credentials or API keys, or reselling access to the network.
• Attempting to bypass, reset or multiply daily lookup limits, including through additional accounts or workspaces.
• Manipulating network signals, including coordinated or duplicate reporting.
• Uploading executable files, malware or content unrelated to the transaction being reported.
• Any unlawful activity.

Enforcement

Lookup volume is rate limited and logged. Suspicious patterns are flagged for review and accounts can be restricted, suspended or closed. Lookup and API activity logs are retained for approximately 12 months, and security and audit logs for approximately 5 years, as described in the Privacy Policy.
