Refund Policy

1. Who you are buying from

HisabKhana is operated by hisab khana, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

2. 30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid HisabKhana plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date. You do not need to give a reason.

3. How to request a refund

• For card payments, visit paddle.net and enter the email address used at checkout, or use the link in your Paddle receipt, to request a refund. Refunds are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
• You can also contact us at arthurmarston581@gmail.com with your order reference and we will raise the request with Paddle on your behalf.
• For bank transfer or mobile wallet payments, contact us at arthurmarston581@gmail.com. Approved refunds are returned to the account the payment came from.

4. Processing times

Refund requests are normally reviewed within 5 business days. Once a refund is issued, the time for the money to reach you depends on your card issuer, bank or wallet provider and is typically 5 to 10 business days.

5. Renewals and cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Where a renewal payment was taken and you no longer want the plan, request a refund within 30 days of that renewal charge under section 2.

6. Duplicate and misapplied payments

Duplicate payments, verified overpayments and payments that cannot be applied to a plan are refunded or credited after review.

7. Statutory rights and further terms

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right you have under applicable law. Payment, billing, tax and refund mechanics for card orders are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy. See also our Terms & Conditions.
